Responsibilities:

  • Advertise for rooms and effectively screen leads
  • Fill assigned apartments by the individual room as quickly and efficiently as possible
  • Match roommates together based on preferences, personalities and interests
  • Collaborate with fellow matchmakers and leadership team
  • Approach sales and customer service obstacles with creative problem solving skills
